Habit Plan is published on Google Play under the developer name Jovena Labs and is operated by Sagar Acharya, an individual developer based in Nepal.
These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you use the Habit Plan Android application.
By accessing or using Habit Plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the app.
For questions about these Terms, contact:
1. About Habit Plan
Habit Plan is a personal productivity application designed to help users organize habits, track progress, take notes, manage focus sessions, use reminders, and access related productivity tools.
Habit Plan is intended to support personal organization and productivity.
Habit Plan is not a medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional service.
Information, reminders, timers, statistics, streaks, or other features provided by Habit Plan should not be relied upon for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or similarly important purposes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Habit Plan.
If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age or parental permission to use an online service, that requirement also applies.
If you use Habit Plan on behalf of another person or organization, you must have the authority and permission necessary to do so.
3. Guest Mode and Google Sign-In
Habit Plan can be used in Guest Mode or with optional Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication.
Guest Mode does not create a Firebase Authentication account.
Users who choose Google Sign-In are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google Account and device.
Habit Plan does not currently provide email-and-password accounts or other sign-in providers.
Google Sign-In and other Google services are also subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and availability.
Signing out of Habit Plan does not automatically delete your Habit Plan account or locally stored app data.
4. Your Information and Local Storage
You retain any rights you have in information that you enter or create through Habit Plan.
This may include:
- Habits and habit history
- Notes
- To-do tasks
- Focus-session records
- Panda chats and memories
- Preferences and settings
- Exported reports
Habit Plan does not obtain ownership of this information simply because you use the app.
Your main productivity information is stored locally on your device and is not stored in a Habit Plan cloud database.
Habit Plan does not synchronize this information automatically. If you turn on the optional Google Drive Sync on the Profile page, Habit Plan stores a backup in the private app data folder of your own Google Drive and uses it to merge habits and sticky notes across your devices. Google Drive Sync is off by default and can be turned off or deleted at any time.
Because this information is stored locally, clearing the app's storage, uninstalling Habit Plan, losing your device, or certain device failures may permanently remove it.
You are responsible for keeping copies of information that you consider important.
For more information about how data is handled, please review the Habit Plan Privacy Policy.
5. Backups and Exports
The current Habit Plan configuration disables Android cloud backup for app data and is configured to exclude app data from device-transfer backup mechanisms.
Actual backup or transfer behavior may still depend on Android, your device manufacturer, operating-system behavior, and future platform changes.
Habit Plan currently allows information to be exported in:
- PDF format
- CSV format
- JSON backup format
Once an exported file is saved, copied, uploaded, backed up, or shared outside Habit Plan, you are responsible for managing and protecting that file.
Habit Plan offers optional Google Drive backup and sync as described above. You can turn it off or delete the Drive copy at any time.
Other backup or synchronization features may be added in the future, and relevant terms and privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.
6. Acceptable Use
You must use Habit Plan lawfully and respect the privacy, security, intellectual-property rights, and other rights of others.
You must not use Habit Plan to:
- Distribute malicious software or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, services, or data
- Intentionally interfere with or disrupt Habit Plan or related services
- Misuse services or infrastructure used by Habit Plan
- Submit or distribute material that you do not have the right to use
- Use Habit Plan for unlawful purposes
These restrictions do not remove any rights provided to you under applicable law, including lawful rights relating to interoperability, security research, or similar activities.
7. Habit Plan Software and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Habit Plan for its intended purposes.
Habit Plan's branding, graphics, designs, software, and other original materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit Habit Plan's protected material except where permission has been granted or applicable law allows it.
Habit Plan may contain open-source software, fonts, libraries, or other third-party components.
Those components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Where an applicable open-source or third-party license gives you additional rights, that license controls with respect to the relevant component.
8. Reminders, Notifications, and App Availability
Habit Plan features such as reminders, alarms, notifications, timers, focus functionality, and background operations may depend on:
- Device permissions
- Notification settings
- Battery restrictions
- Internet connectivity
- Android behavior
- Device manufacturer restrictions
- Third-party service availability
These features may sometimes be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Habit Plan does not guarantee that notifications, alarms, reminders, timers, or other features will always operate at a particular time or without interruption.
Statistics, progress information, streaks, and similar calculations generally depend on information entered or recorded through the app and are not independently verified.
9. Google, Firebase, and AI Services
Habit Plan currently uses certain Google, Firebase, and other services, including:
- Firebase Authentication
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Google Drive (only if you turn on optional Drive Sync)
- Habit Plan's AI server on Cloudflare and third-party AI providers (only when you use the optional Panda AI companion)
These services may be required for account authentication, analytics, notifications, messaging, AI answers, or related technical functionality.
These services operate under their own applicable terms, privacy policies, technical systems, and service requirements.
Habit Plan does not control the continuous availability or independent operation of these third-party services.
More information about their use is available in the Habit Plan Privacy Policy.
10. Panda AI Companion
Panda is an optional AI companion available to users signed in with Google.
Panda's answers are generated by third-party AI providers and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. Do not rely on Panda for medical, mental-health, financial, legal, safety, or other professional advice.
Panda can suggest changes to your habits, tasks, notes, and reminders. Changes that delete or reset data, change reminders or schedules, create or edit notes, or make several changes at once are shown for you to review and are applied only after you confirm them. Smaller changes, such as creating a habit or marking one done, may be applied directly and can usually be undone. Exact commands you type yourself are carried out directly. You are responsible for reviewing Panda's changes.
Each account can ask a limited number of Panda questions in each period. Question limits, features, and AI providers may change, and Panda may be unavailable when Habit Plan's AI server or the AI providers are unavailable.
You must not use Panda to:
- Create unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive content
- Get around question limits, for example by using multiple accounts
- Interfere with, overload, or try to extract information from Habit Plan's AI server, its instructions, or its AI providers
Habit Plan may limit or suspend access to Panda when it is misused.
Each Panda question shares information with Habit Plan's AI server and third-party AI providers, as described in the Habit Plan Privacy Policy. Do not include passwords, health details, financial details, or other sensitive information in Panda messages or memories.
11. Current Free Service and Future Paid Features
Habit Plan is currently provided free of charge.
The current production version does not contain:
- Advertising
- Paid subscriptions
- One-time purchases
- Paid features
Using or installing the current version of Habit Plan does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize any future charge.
Habit Plan may introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, premium functionality, advertising, or another monetization model in a future version.
If paid products or services are introduced, applicable pricing and other important purchase terms will be shown before you choose to make a purchase.
Any future payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, or subscription arrangements will depend on the actual paid service offered at that time, applicable platform requirements, and applicable law.
These Terms may be updated before paid functionality is introduced.
12. Account and Data Deletion
Signed-in users can delete their Habit Plan account directly from the app.
Delete Your Account from Habit Plan
- Open Habit Plan
- Go to Profile
- Scroll to the bottom
- Select Delete Account
- Complete Google verification or re-authentication if requested
- Confirm account deletion
Deleting your Habit Plan account removes the Firebase Authentication account associated with Habit Plan and performs the related local-data cleanup implemented by the app.
Deleting your Habit Plan account does not delete your Google Account or your Google Drive backup, if you used Drive Sync.
Guest users can remove locally stored guest information using the Delete Guest Data option.
If you no longer have access to Habit Plan, you may request account deletion by contacting:
Additional information about account deletion, data retention, and information that may remain after deletion is provided in the Habit Plan Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.
13. Changes to Habit Plan
Habit Plan may be updated as the app develops.
Features may be:
- Added
- Changed
- Improved
- Replaced
- Temporarily unavailable
- Removed
We do not guarantee that every feature available in a particular version of Habit Plan will remain available permanently.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice will be provided for material changes.
Habit Plan may also restrict access to online functionality where reasonably necessary to address security risks, abuse, technical problems, misuse, or legal obligations.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Habit Plan is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free operation
- Perfect accuracy
- Permanent preservation of locally stored information
- Delivery of every reminder or notification
- Compatibility with every Android device or future Android version
- Any particular productivity, habit, study, health, or personal-development result
You are responsible for deciding how you use Habit Plan and whether its features are appropriate for your needs.
Nothing in these Terms limits warranties, guarantees, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Habit Plan and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Habit Plan.
This may include losses resulting from:
- Loss of locally stored information
- Missed or delayed reminders or notifications
- Device or operating-system problems
- Third-party service interruptions
- Inaccurate or incomplete Panda AI answers, or changes you confirm based on them
- Exported files after they leave Habit Plan
- Features becoming temporarily unavailable
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or another category of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Your mandatory consumer rights and other statutory protections continue to apply.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
Habit Plan may interact with or provide access to third-party services such as Google, Firebase, Google Play, AI providers, or external websites.
Third-party services are operated independently and may have their own:
- Terms of service
- Privacy policies
- Security practices
- Availability requirements
Habit Plan is not responsible for the independent operation, content, privacy practices, or availability of services that it does not control.
You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of third-party services when appropriate.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when Habit Plan changes, when new features or services are introduced, or when legal or platform requirements change.
When these Terms are updated, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
Where required, users will be notified of material changes through an appropriate method.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may stop using Habit Plan.
18. Disputes and Severability
If you have a concern about Habit Plan, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to address it.
These Terms do not require binding arbitration, waive rights available to you under applicable law, or prevent you from using courts, consumer-protection procedures, or other legal remedies that may be available to you.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
